Background and Bio
Brian Lorenz grew up in Mansfield, Ohio, and earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo and a master's degree from The Ohio State University. Brian represented the City of Powell as a member of the Powell Community Improvement Corporation and previously served on the Planning and Zoning Commission. He went on to serve on the Powell City Council beginning in 2010, where he was later chosen by fellow council members to serve as Mayor. He was appointed to the Ohio House to fill a vacancy in 2023, where he is currently serving his first full term. Lorenz lives in Delaware County with his wife, Sue, their son, Henry, and their triplet daughters, Annaliese, Elisabeth, and Charlotte.
