Cliff Winkel grew up in the Cleveland area and serves as a member of City Council in North Ridgeville, where he is Council Pro-Tem, chairs the Finance Committee, and serves on both the Administrative and Building & Lands Committees. Outside of his role on council, he has been a small business owner in Lorain County for more than two decades. Winkel also volunteers as a youth coach in his community. He lives in North Ridgeville with his wife, Kathy, and the couple have three children together.
