Background and Bio
Greg Landsman grew up in Greater Cincinnati and earned his undergraduate degree in economics and political science at Ohio University. After college, he worked as a public high school teacher before earning a master's degree in theology from Harvard. He went on to serve as Governor Ted Strickland's Director of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, and later helped run Cincinnati's National Underground Railroad Freedom Center before working in education advocacy as Executive Director of the Strive Partnership. He then transitioned to public service, first elected to Cincinnati City Council in 2017, until getting elected to Congress in 2022, where he currently serves. He and his wife, Sarah, live in Mt. Washington with their two children, Maddie and Elijah.

  • Economy: Landsman’s public statements and campaign materials have called for lowering costs for families and supporting job growth and the economy. According to his campaign, he opposes federal tariff policies and supports increasing the federal minimum wage, investing in job training and small businesses, and protecting labor union formation and bargaining rights.
