Background and Bio
Rose Lounsbury grew up in Michigan and on the East Coast, returning to the Midwest to earn a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and a master's degree in teaching English language and literature from Miami University. She worked as a public school teacher, owner of a professional organizing and coaching company, and author before entering politics through service with the League of Women Voters. This is her first run for elected office. Lounsbury lives in the Dayton area and is the mother of teenage triplets.
