Vik Sandhu was born in India and holds a master's degree in Nautical Science. Sandhu spent ten years as a Merchant Navy Officer before becoming a small business owner in Twinsburg, Ohio. He was elected Fiscal Officer for Richfield Township but stepped down after moving out of the township. Sandhu held the role of Co-Chair of the Small Business Advisory Committee for Ohio's 14th Congressional District. He lives in Twinsburg with his wife, Preet, a U.S. Air Force veteran, and their son, Teja.
